Qualified lawyer and Ph.D., he has been involved in corporate criminal law for twenty years, also serving as a Supervisory Board member in renowned companies.

A lecturer in criminal law, he is the author of numerous publications in the same field.

MARCELLO PRESICCI

A Senior Executive Advisor, university lecturer and professional journalist, Marcello Presicci has extensive experience in institutional relations, public affairs and strategic communication. He works with leading financial, infrastructure and cultural organisations, advising chairmen, CEOs and senior management on governance, institutional positioning and relations with ministries, authorities and national and European stakeholders.
He is Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Foundation for Financial Education (FEDUF – ABI) and Senior Advisor to major organisations such as the ENPAIA Foundation, Green Arrow Capital, APCO Worldwide and Autostrade per l’Italia. Alessandro was appointed in 2017 Knight of the Star of Italy by the Italian Ambassador in London for his merits in promoting dialogue between the Italian and British business communities. Since 2019 he has held the position of President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom.
