The Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura Little Tennis Champions fellows continue to surprise. In the J30 in Skhoder, Albania, the I Tennis Foundation team returns home with more confirmations of the growth of our talents, which come through performance and consequently results.
High-level week for Francesca Galli, able to reach the semifinals in singles and the final in doubles paired with Alessandra Fiorillo. The Italian Under 15 doubles champions surrendered in the final to the other fellow Martina Cerbo and Italian Beatrice Veltri.
In the men’s main draw, excellent run by 2009 Carlo Paci, who was very good at climbing up to the quarterfinals and challenging the number 1 seed Jan Smrcka, then a finalist in the tournament. Paci then also starred in doubles paired with Mattia Bille. The two reached the quarters only to give in to the Djokovic-Katana duo, who were then able to dominate the tournament.
