For the second year in a row Martina Cerbo takes away the wonderful satisfaction of triumphing at the Italian Under 15 Championships. After her success in 2023 in doubles, Martina confirmed herself as queen of the specialty by winning the tricolor in pair with Beatrice Gatti right in Rome, her city. Excellent course for Martina, a scholarship holder for the third consecutive year of the Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura Little Tennis Champions program, also in the singles draw where she made it all the way to the semifinals losing by a whisker just to her doubles partner.
Another standout Italian championship for Carlo Paci, who, after his successes in 2020 and 2021 (as well as the final in 2022 and the semis in 2023), once again confirmed his place among the top four in Italy in the event staged on the Nuova Casale courts.
Excellent performances also for the other two Under 15s of the I Tennis Foundation team: Giorgia Buccinotti and Alex Romano, who respectively pushed themselves up to the eighth and sixteenth finals at the end of highly convincing tests.
In December, however, the schedule features the Italian Under 16 men’s and women’s championships.
