Here is the book “The first non-profit School & Tennis academy for top European talents”

The first charity tennis academy for the best European talents

Passion, talent, dreams and ambitions: this is the common thread running through the photo book produced by the I Tennis Foundation on the first charity School & Tennis Academy for Europe’s best talents. A book that describes a year of projects and activities of our association, committed to promoting, exclusively pro bono, the school and tennis training of talented kids, but without means because they come from disadvantaged geo-political, economic and social contexts. Then space was given to the Torino Tennis Talents project, to the scholarships awarded to Neila Sefic and Gabriel Deza Huete, and above all to the preview of the four-year Little Tennis Champions scholarship programme, the Summer Masters 2021. An extraordinary journey, from the selection throughout Italy to the on-court tests for the Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta macro-area. And then the weeks spent between Turin (at the International Training Centre of The ILO) and the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, the coaching by Emilio Sanchez, Ivan Ljubicic, Gipo Arbino, Lorenzo Sonego, Magnus Larsson and Rocco Loccisano, the meetings with Massimiliano Allegri and Fiorello, and the final Little Tennis Sparks tournament. An escalation of great emotions, but there is much more in the book. To begin with, the history of the association, the people who are part of it and our main testimonials. But that’s not all. In this book we tell you who our partners are (such as Emilio Sanchez’s academy) and our main supporters (main sponsor Openjobmetis and official sponsors Reale Mutua Assicurazioni, EY, Iren Luce Gas e Servizi, Gruppo Colombo and Codè Crai Ovest) and sponsors (such as Federtennis, Sport e Salute, the cities of Turin and Cagliari, the Piedmont Region and the Sardinia Region). These are all fundamental travelling companions – whose contribution is essential for the professional affirmation of the young athletes – who have taken this opportunity as supporters of an initiative with a strong ethical-social value, also in view of the synergies that will be created on the occasion of the Nitto ATP Finals. And, probably most importantly, we reveal the four-year Little Tennis Champions scholarship programme: the criteria used, the values at stake, the characteristics of I Tennis Campus, the totally charitable academy aimed at giving an opportunity to those who have no chance. The fil rouge of the book are the most beautiful images taken in this 2021, with the aim of letting more people experience the emotions and passion that Italian talents have been able to transmit to us during our activities.

While waiting for the event during which we will present the paper edition of the book at an event on the side-lines of the next Nitto ATP Finals, here are the digital previews in Italian and English. English Version
